The Total Discount for Wholesale Customers is a combination of:

 - Bulk Discount (1-7%)
 - Subscription Discount (1-5%)
 - Volume Discount (1-11%)

Bulk and Subscription Discounts are applied to shopping carts for everyone automatically.

The Volume Discount is achieved by use of a Volume Discount Code which will be granted to all customers making at least $2,500 per month in monthly orders.  The Volume Discount Code can be used  on all products, on purchases of all sizes without limit.  The more you order each month, the larger your Volume Discount becomes.  Discount levels must be maintained with monthly sales volume.

If you may place more than $2,500 per month in orders and would like to inquire into the tier levels of the Volume Discount available, plase send us an email and we'll be happy to send it to you right away.

We sell wholesale only to verified businesses. You must supply a valid Business ID (EIN) and Reseller Certificate, as well as your full business name and address.

All Wholesale customers that provide a copy of their Reseller Certificate will be marked as Tax-Exempt in our system and will not be charged sales taxes upon completing orders.  It will be up to you at this point as a wholesale customer to pay your own taxes based upon your own sales of resold products.

All of Nutrient Farm products have UCC Barcodes with 12-digit GTINs that are UNIQUE and will not conflict will other products in your system.  Nutrient Farm owns the entire "755878" prefix of 12-digit GTINs.  Nutrient Farm's GTIN list can be provided to wholesale customers upon request.

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and Shop payment methods.

We ship UPS Next Day Air and USP 2nd Day Air.  We also locally delivery 15 miles (Antlers to Glenwood Springs).  USP Ground and USPS First Class may be used for non-perishable items.

We do not allow drop shipping.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like extraordinary perishable goods (such as "fresh" produce, plants or products that require refrigeration/freezing), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

No, Nutrient Farm is the only authorized seller to use 3rd party sites such as Amazon and Walmart.

In general no, but yes in the sense that Produce goes on sale very often and this already-discounted pricing can be lowered even further by use of a wholesale discount code.
