Neck Bones should be seared before getting braised low and slow in beef stock, red wine, and tomato paste for a few hours until tender. Other common ingredients to braise neck bones include onions, garlic, thyme and salt/pepper to taste.

The cattle spend their lives outdoors grazing the pasture, but always have access to an insulated livestock barn for shelter.
