Petite Tender Steak
The Petite Tender resembles the Tenderloin, both in appearance and flavor. This is a well-marbled piece of meat, which retains its texture and moisture even after being cooked on high temperature.
This cut can be cooked using the dry-heat techniques like grilling, broiling, pan-frying and barbecuing. Due to its naturally rich, beefy flavor, cooking experts do not recommend dousing this portion in heavy marinades. The only thing it might benefit from is a dry spice rub and very little oil to sear it from both sides.
Nutrient Farm beef is Pasture-raised, 100% grass-fed, grass-finished, antibiotic-free, hormone-free, humanely raised. The cattle spend their lives outdoors grazing the pasture, but always have access to an insulated livestock barn for shelter. Only organic grass seeds are planted in herbicide-free/pesticides-free pastures.
