Nutrient Farm currently has a PUD application being heard by Garfield County, CO.
A PUD is a type of property zoning that offers the flexibility of containing elements of other zoning types (agricultural, commerical, industrial, etc.).
Nutrient Farm currently possesses 2 active PUDs that allow for high-density Residential (~200 homes) and Heavy Industrial Coal (& other mineral) Mining.
Nutrient Farm desires to trade these intensive, toxic rights for new uses that are holistic and cohesive with a working Biodynamic Organic farm.
Our mission is "Accelerating the world's transition back to clean food." To fulfill this goal, besides producing clean, nutrient-dense whole foods, we also want to create processed foods and serve the community ready-to-eat foods.
To realize this vision, we will construct efficient irrigation systems and renewable energy systems.
Health is incomplete without healthy lifestyle activities so recrational activities are also planned so guests may visit and the community may enjoy the great outdoors on Nutrient Farm.
