Welcome!
Permits for the Recreational Trail System, Fishing, Sledding , Equestrian access and Hunting access are available for purchase to the general public. Anyone using the trails / property must have and carry a valid, current Recreational Trails Permit. The rules governing usage of the trail system are detailed in the Nutrient Farm Recreational License Agreement. Recreational licenses are available as One Day or Annual passes.
If you want to Float Fish Nutrient Farm private waters, please purchase the Float Fishing (Rod Fee) product instead.
Large groups or Corporate events are possible on the farm... please send your ideas our way.
The system consists of Winter Sledding Hills and the following Recreational Trails:
› Sledding Area w/ parking (vehicular & pedestrian access for Winter Sledding)
› Nutrient River Trail (vehicular parking & pedestrian access to Fish 1 Mile of Colorado River shore for fishing directly West of Riverbend sub-division)
› Nutrient BLM Trail (pedestrian, equestrian and hunting access to the Vulcan BLM Allotment; truck and horse trailer may be left on the North side of East Pasture/Livestock Pond; no equestrian/hunting access during month of May)
› Nutrient Farm Trail (pedestrian access across Nutrient Farm)
› Nutrient Adventure Trail (pedestrian access to the Grand Hogbacks)
BLM ACCESS TEMPORARILY NOT PERMITTED
RECREATIONAL / HUNTING ACCESS TO THE VULCAN BLM ALLOTMENT IS TEMPORARILY NOT PERMITTED THRU THE MONTH OF MAY.
NUTRIENT FARM CATTLE ARE THERE PEACEFUL GRAZING SO PLEASE RESPECT THIS TIME OF THEIRS.
VEHICLES ARE NEVER PERMITTED PER THE BLM.

PROCEEDS
Fees collected help cover the recurring expenses of:
› Maintaining and upgrading the trails
› Adding new trails to the system
› Mitigation of litter and other nuisances
› Introducing new amenities

If you are interested in hunting or trapping on or having access thru Nutrient Farm, please see the Frequently Asked Questions page for details. There is no hunting access permitted during the Month of May.
